Faith Formation invites you to join us for an hour of Eucharistic Adoration for children, Thursday, April 3rd from 6pm-7pm.
The format of the hour will allow time for silent prayer, singing, reading scripture, short discussions, questions and reflection. This is geared toward elementary age children, however, all are welcome! The preschool children that have attended the last two months have truly enjoyed it too! Father Jerry or Father Cyriak will be available for Confession during the hour. Confirmation students may receive a service hour for attending.

The COTN Men's Club is sponsoring its annual TrapShoot on Saturday, April 5th, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Henry Horton State Park. The event is free and includes one round of trap and a box of 12-gauge shells (you must provide your own shells if shooting a different gauge), and lunch afterwards. The Women’s Group of Nativity (WGON) is thrilled to invite you to our first fundraising event of Sacred Treasures, where we are bringing together a curated collection of religious items, all conveniently available in one place.This initial event will include items for First Holy Communion and Confirmation.
From devotional objects to faith-inspired gifts, our collection has been thoughtfully gathered to meet your spiritual needs while fostering connection within our community. Your participation means more than just purchasing items to commemorate special occasions; it means contributing to a cause that strengthens our shared values and supports those in need.
All proceeds will go toward the financial support of multiple church initiatives and enhancing community programs.

The COTN Knights of Columbus have special access to "Jesus Thirsts: The Miracle of the Eucharist", an excellent 90 minute film which will be aired at Nativity. Bring blankets and pillows, or sit in the provided chairs. Bring your family or a friend. The event is free and is appropriate for all audiences. Confirmation students can receive 1 1/2 hours of volunteer time for attending the full movie (be sure to bring your volunteer form to get credit for the hours.)

Due to the Easter schedule, we are celebrating Earth Day a little early this year. But, it works out perfectly. Both Easter and Earth Day remind us that it is time for renewal. As in past years, the creative students and crafty teachers of NELC will be providing decorations for our tables. Stop by and admire their artwork, pick up something for your Easter celebration, or just a little something for right now. The Women's Group greatly appreciates all your support. Thank You!
Who: Nativity parishioners over the age of 21
What: Men’s Club Hosted One Day Spiritual Retreat
When: Saturday April 26, 2025 - Depart – Nativity parking area at 07:00 AM – Begin departure from KY at about 5:00 PM
Where: Bardstown, Kentucky area where the Basilica of St Joseph Proto-Cathedral is located: (It is the first (Proto) Cathedral, in the United States of America, west of the Allegheny Mountains.) and the nearby Abbey of Gethsemani and a tour of the nearby Log Still Distillery in Gethsemani, KY for those who want to participate
Why: Opportunity to participate in Christian group function that may enlighten / educate with information about our Catholic community that we may not be aware, an opportunity to get to know more Nativity parishioners in a casual, non-structured environment.
Cost-
Transportation - Total Bus Cost is $2783.45 or $50.61 per person. The Men’s Club will cover $25 per person. The cost per person ($50.61- $25) is $25.61.
Distillery Tour – Optional - If we have at least 25 people who want to do the distillery tour, the cost will be $15 per person. If not, the tour fee will be $25 per person.
FYI- Log Still Distillery also offers club sandwiches box lunches (Cost unknown)
