Please DO NOT send a request for more than 1 month out from the time you want it published.

Request for Communication

Bulletin submissions must be made no later than Friday one week before the Sunday to be published.  Altar announcements need to be submitted by the Wednesday before the  weekend that the announcement is to be read. Requests for social media and Flocknote - allow 24 hours for publication unless cancelling for weather or unforeseen emergency. Please plan accordingly.

If you already have a graphic for us to use, PLEASE send us the original file (Canva, Word, InDesign, etc) as MANY times we need to altar the size to fit different medias or the bulltin space is limited.
