Sunday March 14th at 3:00pm.

Reception of the Sacrament of Penance-Reconciliation during Lent.

The Sacrament can also be received anytime on request and before or after daily Mass.

Men's Club Meetings

 A Men's Club has been formed and all men over 21 are invited.  We will have monthly meetings and are planning for our Spring event and other events to come. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday March 15th at the church at 6:30pm. Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month. Shrimp Boil- Sponsored by Men's Club

The Men's Club will be serving a Shrimp Boil, Friday March 26th from 5PM till 8PM. $10 per adult and $6 per child under 10. Please bring a dessert to share.  Tickets on sale March 19th, 20th and 21st after services.  Note: Pre-sales are vital since we have no kitchen and refrigeration at church.

Catholic Women of Faith Conference

It is our 5th Anniversary! For the past four years, one-thousand Catholic Women of Faith have come together to rejoice, reflect and be inspired.  Join us at the 2010 Conference and be blessed and refreshed; leaving proud to be a Catholic Woman of Faith!

Men's Club Dance- All adults welcome

April 17th, 2010. ALL ADULTS ARE INVITED!!! Tickets to be sold prior to event.

Men's Club Dance at the UAW Hall from 6:30-10:30pm. Dance, dinner, drinks, and silent auction will occur. More details to follow.

Confirmation Preparation

The "Why I Want to be Confirmed?" paper is due by 2/28/10 and the the Saints paper is due by 3/21/10.  Father will want to meet with all of them regarding their papers so don't leave it to the last minute.
 
The Confirmation Retreat day will be Sunday, April 18th from 12:30 pm to 8 pm.  There will be no Confirmation class that morning and the teens should come to the church on a full stomach.  We will do snacks and supper.  This is a mandatory retreat, not an option!  Also, we will have mass as a group at 5 pm that night and then supper, prayers, and wrap up after that. 
 
We will have a small mass service on Thursday, April 22nd at 6:30 pm with Confession to follow for all the teens being confirmed.  Their families are encouraged to attend as well.  There will be several priests available and the sacrament of Penance is needed before they make their Confirmation on Saturday the 24th at 1 pm at St. Catherine's in Columbia.  This will probably be about 1 1/2 hours long give or take.

Totus Tuus - Summer Vacation Bible School

We will be having the Totus Tuus Group for Vacation Bible School again this summer.  It will be the week of Sunday, July 18- Thursday, July 22 for the tweens/teens in the evenings and Monday, July 19 - Friday, July 23 for the younger children during the entire day.  More information is on the way.  Please put this on your summer calendar now!  Please call Jennifer Salmon for further information at 615.302.8180.

Men's Faith Sharing Group

Helping Hands Looking for Volunteers

Helping Hands is the meal ministry for Church of the Nativity. Our goal is to provide meals to those in need, whether due to childbirth, illness, or death in the family, or other extenuating circumstances.

Teen Mass Schedule

Teen Mass will be held on Sunday's at 5:00 pm.  This is an upbeat mass that is geared toward teenagers with more lively music.  Pease contact Liz Gatterer lizgatterer@mac.com or call 615-293-8273, if your teen is interested in being part of the ministries for that mass.
